If you wish to request the deletion of your SignTrue or TextTrue account and associated personal data, please submit a request using the form below with your registered email address.

• Data Deleted: User credentials, profile details, and individual attendance/check-in logs linked to your user account.
• Data Retained: Non-identifying institutional attendance logs retained per organization policy, or data legally required for financial records.
• Processing Time: Deletion requests are processed within 3–5 business days.
