2. User Responsibility

All messages sent through CentroChat LLC are the responsibility of the sender. Users must not send spam, offensive, or harmful content. Administrators are not responsible for the content of messages sent by users.

3. Data Privacy

Personal data (such as names, emails, and phone numbers) are only stored for messaging. CentroChat LLC does not sell or share user data with third parties. However, no system is 100% secure. 4. SMS Messaging Program

CentroChat LLC sends SMS notifications to users who have opted in by checking the SMS consent box during registration at https://centrochat.org/register. By enrolling, you agree to receive recurring text messages from CentroChat LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users can reply HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. No further messages will be sent once unsubscribed. Your information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Example opt-in confirmation: "Thank you for subscribing to CentroChat LLC alerts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

Example opt-out confirmation: "You have unsubscribed from CentroChat LLC alerts. No further messages will be sent."

5. Limitations of Liability

CentroChat LLC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for delays, errors, or failures in message delivery. Users assume all risks related to communication via this tool.
