Users and administrative account holders may request full account and data deletion at any time without logging into the application by visiting our SignTrue & TextTrue Account & Data Deletion. Deletion requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Upon processing, user credentials, personal identifiers, and individual check-in logs are permanently deleted.

7. Children's Privacy

Our administrative management services are intended for use by adult administrators, site coordinators, instructors, and program leads. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 years of age.
